What does Assigning a Maintenance Manager to a Plant do?
Appointing a Maintenance Manager to oversee a Plant guarantees that the user stays informed through notifications and is promptly assigned to manage any maintenance-related activities involving the plant. These activities encompass: 

• Maintenance Tasks
• Cases (Tag outs and flagged plant)
• Work Orders
• Work Order Requests
• Maintenance Plans

Assigning Users to Maintenance Manager Role

1. Press your Avatar and select "Configuration Panel" from the dropdown menu.
2. Select the Maintenance Module.
3. Using the "Assign Maintenance Managers" field, select and assign the users you wish to hold the Maintenance Manager role. 

Assigning Maintenance Managers to Plant

Individual Plant Assign

1. Go to the Plant Profile you wish to assign a Maintenance Manager to.
2. Select the Maintenance Managers field and select the Maintenance Manager you wish to be associated with this plant.

Bulk Plant Assign

1. Go to the Plant table and select each checkbox to the left of the plant.
2. Select the "Assign Maintenance Managers" button above the table.
3. Select the Maintenance Manager you wish to be associated to the selected Plant.
