Supervisor Quick Onboarding Guide

This Supervisor Guide serves as a comprehensive resource designed to facilitate a seamless integration process for all supervisors who require Aquipa to scan plant for a hiring clients supply chain. This guide aims to provide Supervisors with a step-by-step instructions to effectively navigate the onboarding process. Account Management:

As a third party Supervisor you may be required by a hiring client to scan their supply chain through Aquipa to confirm the compliance status for various projects. It is mandatory for you to have an Aquipa profile, if your employing business does not already have an Aquipa business account, please see the below instructions to setup an account.

To Setup up a business account, please refer to the below instructions:

1. Go to: https://app.aquipa.com/#/login

2. Press Sign Up and complete prompts.

3. Follow and complete the onboarding prompts

 If your employing business does already have an Aquipa account, please request your administrator to create a user profile for you. This help article should assist you with user management: Manage Users - Add, Edit & Delete.

Hiring Client Invitation: 

Once you have setup your account, you will require the hiring client to invite your Aquipa account to join their network. Once the invitation has been sent by the hiring client, you can find the invitation in your "My Profile" page. This can be found by Selecting your Avatar > Account Settings > My Profile.

How to Scan Plant:

In order to scan plant you will require the Aquipa App to be installed on either a mobile or tablet device. You can find the download links for Android & Apple Aquipa versions via this help article Download aquipa iOS and Android Mobile App.

Once the Aquipa App is installed and you have logged into you account, you may begin scanning the hiring clients supply chain. Please see the following help article on how to Look Up & Scan Plant in the Aquipa Mobile App.
