Can I try Aquipa software for free? - Yes, all Aquipa software comes with a free 14-day trial.

Do you offer Monthly subscription? - Yes you may choose either a monthly or yearly subscription. Yearly subscription can save up to 30%.

What happens if I exceed my annual subscription usage? - Any additional usage will incur additional costs. All additional costs are charged pro rata to your yearly membership expiry date.

What is a Plant Client connection? - A plant client connection is established when a plant owner is required to connect their plant to a hiring client's schema. Hiring clients can have multiples schemas for the purpose of registration, plant pre mobilisation approval and ongoing compliance activity. A plant client connection enables information sharing and multi-stakeholder collaborative management of the plant. A fee is charged when the plant is registered for use with a hiring client schema.

What is a Plant Client assessment fee? - Some clients request your plant to complete an assessment before they can be registered for use with them. Assessments are submitted using Aquipa. Once approved the assessment must be connected to your plants profile at all times as part of its compliance requirement. Approved assessments are only valid for a period of time and will vary client to client assessment to assessment. Plant Client Assessment fees are charged for each month/year that an assessment, submitted in Aquipa, is connected to a plant profile.

If I have a Plant Owner subscription do I need a Plant Services subscription for my operators? - No not necessarily. If you only require your operators to complete checklists associated with pre starts or maintenance there is no need for a plant services subscription. Just simply add your operators to your account as employees. A plant services subscription is required if you wish to manage operator competencies, connect operators to hiring clients, add subcontracted operators, add Third Party Supervisors or perform third party assessments.

Cancelling my subscription - If you select Monthly this is a monthly rolling contract requiring a 30 day notice period to cancel in writing. When cancelling you will not be entitled to a refund on any pre paid fees. Additionally if you have any fees outstanding these will need to be paid immediately.

Annual is a one year contract. At the end of this period you may choose to renew or cancel. All cancellations must be in writing 30 days prior to the term ending. If this is not received your account is placed into our rolling monthly pricing structure. When cancelling you will not be entitled to a refund on any pre paid fees. Additionally if you have any fees outstanding these will need to be paid immediately.
