What is a plant client connection?
A plant client connection is created when a plant owner connects plant to a hiring client’s compliance schema.
Hiring clients may have multiple schemas for different purposes, such as:
Plant registration
Pre-mobilisation approval
Ongoing compliance activity
A plant client connection allows information sharing and collaborative management between the plant owner and the hiring client.
A fee is charged when plant is registered for use with a hiring client schema.
What is a plant client assessment fee?
Some hiring clients require plant to complete an assessment before the plant can be registered for use with them.
Assessments are submitted through Aquipa.
Once an assessment is approved, it may need to remain connected to the plant profile as part of the plant’s compliance requirements.
Approved assessments are only valid for a set period of time. This period can vary depending on the hiring client and the assessment type.
Plant client assessment fees are charged for each month or year that an assessment submitted in Aquipa is connected to a plant profile.
Do I need a Plant Services subscription for my operators if I have a Plant Owner subscription?

If your operators only need to complete checklists associated with pre-starts or maintenance, you do not need a Plant Services subscription. You can add your operators to your account as employees.
A Plant Services subscription is required if you want to:
Manage operator competencies
Connect operators to hiring clients
Add subcontracted operators
Add third party supervisors
Perform third party assessments
