If you’re on a Plant Owner subscription, you can only add a client to your network when an Enterprise Client invites you to connect.
Adding a Client as a Plant Owner
Wait for an Invitation
Plant Owners cannot send connection requests to Enterprise Clients.
Only Enterprise Clients can invite you to connect.
Accept the Invitation
You’ll receive a notification when an Enterprise Client invites you.
Follow the steps in Aquipa to accept the connection.
See Your New Connection
Once accepted, the Enterprise Client will appear in your My Network list.
From there, you can:
Share required plant details through Manage Client Connections from the Plant Profile page.
View any compliance cases or tasks they assign.
Manage and update your information to stay connected.
Important: If you’re on a Plant Owner subscription, you cannot add clients yourself — the connection must be initiated by the Enterprise Client.
