How Do I Add a Client to My Network?

If you’re on a Plant Owner subscription, you can only add a client to your network when an Enterprise Client invites you to connect.


Adding a Client as a Plant Owner

  1. Wait for an Invitation

    • Plant Owners cannot send connection requests to Enterprise Clients.

    • Only Enterprise Clients can invite you to connect.

  2. Accept the Invitation

    • You’ll receive a notification when an Enterprise Client invites you.

    • Follow the steps in Aquipa to accept the connection.

  3. See Your New Connection

    • Once accepted, the Enterprise Client will appear in your My Network list.

    • From there, you can:

      • Share required plant details through Manage Client Connections from the Plant Profile page.

      • View any compliance cases or tasks they assign.

      • Manage and update your information to stay connected.


Important: If you’re on a Plant Owner subscription, you cannot add clients yourself — the connection must be initiated by the Enterprise Client.
