Aquipa has the ability to record a log of training sessions for suppliers within your network to keep track of attendance.
To start using this functionality within Aquipa, please use the following instructions:
Navigate to your client network by selecting the "My Network" module on the left hand column.
Ensure you're in the "Suppliers" tab to view all suppliers within your network.
Using the Check Box next to the suppliers name, select each supplier you wish to attend the Training Session. You can also bulk select users by using the checkbox in the heading of the table to select all suppliers.
Once all suppliers that you wish to attend the training session has been selected, press the "Record Training Sessions" button.
A form will be prompted requesting details of the training session such as; Title, Description and the Date. Once these have been populated select the "Submit" button to save and complete.
Selecting the Three-Dots next to the suppliers name and pressing the "View Supplier" dropdown option you can open their profile where you can view a history of Training Sessions logged against the supplier. Please note, you may need to scroll down to view this.
To view Training Sessions logged against you by Clients, please navigate to Business details in your account settings.
