Aquipa has the ability to record a log of training sessions for internal users to keep track of attendance.
To start using this functionality within Aquipa, please use the following instructions:
Select your Aquipa Avatar.
From the dropdown menu select "Account Settings".
Select Manage Users.
Using the Check Box next to the users name, select each user you wish to attend the Training Session. You can also bulk select users by using the checkbox in the heading of the table to select all users.
Once all users you wish to attend the training session has been selected, press the "Record Training Sessions" button.
A form will be prompted requesting details of the training session such as; Title, Description and the Date. Once these have been populated select the "Submit" button to save and complete.
Using the "Last Aquipa Training Attended" column you can view the date logged for when the user last attended training.
Selecting the Three-Dots next to the users name and pressing the "View User Details" dropdown option you can open their profile where you can view a history of Training Sessions logged against the user.
