Assigning Users to Maintenance Manager Role
Press your Avatar and select "Configuration Panel" from the dropdown menu.
Select the Maintenance Module.
Using the "Assign Maintenance Managers" field, select and assign the users you wish to hold the Maintenance Manager role.
Assigning Maintenance Managers to Plant
Individual Plant Assign
Go to the Plant Profile you wish to assign a Maintenance Manager to.
Select the Maintenance Managers field and select the Maintenance Manager you wish to be associated with this plant.
Bulk Plant Assign
Go to the Plant table and select each checkbox to the left of the plant.
Select the "Assign Maintenance Managers" button above the table.
Select the Maintenance Manager you wish to be associated to the selected Plant.
