Begin creating your first Maintenance Form

To begin simply:

1. Click your Avatar in the top right hand corner

2. Select 'Configuration Panel'

3. Click 'Maintenance' on the left hand side panel

4. Select the 'Checklist Templates' tab at the top of the screen

5. Click 'Create Maintenance Checklist'

Building Custom Maintenance Forms specifically to use for a Maintenance Plans

Maintenance Plans will most likely contain multiple intervals.

When it comes to building forms to suit your maintenance plans you can choose to either build separate custom template forms for each interval step the plan has, or create a single custom template form that covers all interval steps in said plan.

Edit Custom Maintenance Forms

To edit one of your custom maintenance forms simply:

1. Click your Avatar in the top right hand corner

2. Select 'Configuration Panel'

3. Click 'Maintenance' on the left hand side panel

4. Select the 'Checklist Templates' tab at the top of the screen

5. Click the 3 Dots to the right of the maintenance form you wish to edit

6. Select 'Edit Checklist'

Please note the advise above only applies to Maintenance Checklist types. If you are looking to create any other type of checklist such as a daily pre-start or site checklist you are best served to go to the Checklist module on the left hand side menu.
