Transferring a Third-Party Operator to an Employee Account

Sometimes, an Operator who currently works under a third-party business needs to be transferred into your organisation as a direct employee.

Please note that:

  • An Operator cannot be an employee in more than one account.

  • To request a transfer, please contact [email protected].

  • Both the current employer and the Operator will need to consent to the transfer before it can be completed.
