Removing a Connection

If an operator is no longer providing third-party services for a business, you can remove the connection:

  1. Open the Management Menu

    • Locate the operator in the table.

    • Click the three-dot menu next to their name.

    • Select Manage Third-Party Connections from the menu.

  2. Remove Businesses

    • In the window you will see the list of connected businesses.

    • Click the X next to each business you want to remove.

  3. Submit the Changes

    • Click Submit to confirm the updates.

⚠️ Note: Removing a connection will prevent the operator from being associated with that business for third-party services. Ensure this action aligns with business requirements before proceeding.
