You can view previously completed checklists from the Checklists page in Aquipa.
This is useful when you need to review a submitted checklist, confirm what was recorded, or find a checklist completed for a particular plant.
View a completed checklist
Select Checklists from the left-hand menu.
Open the History tab.
Find the checklist you want to view.
You can use Quick Search or the available filters to narrow the results by details such as date, plant, site or visibility.
Select the three dots on the right-hand side of the checklist.
Select View Form.
The completed checklist will open so you can review the submitted responses.
You can also select View Plant from the same menu to open the plant associated with the checklist.
Viewing completed checklists on mobile
Operators using the Aquipa mobile app can also view checklists they have previously completed.
