Locate the Plant profile. Please see this article on How to Look Up or Scan Plant in Aquipa.

Select the "More Options" button.

Select "view Completed Checklists" in the dropdown.

Select the three-dots next to the checklist and press view form (Checklists are ordered from newest to oldest).

Upon viewing the form you will see the checklist and submission details.
