Manual Work Logs

If an operator was unable to complete a work log on the day and the booking has now been completed you will need to request the ability to submit a manual work log.

Your request for this will need to be submitted to PHS directly either by contacting them via phone or email.

Once your request has been reviewed and accepted by PHS you will notified directly by them.

You will now need to go to the booking and open it up by clicking the arrow to the right hand side.

At the top right of the booking this symbol will now be showing:

Click the symbol and your manual work log will appear. Fill out the form and submit to complete.
