Work Logs in Aquipa

Understanding Work Logs and how they are used to capture site and shift related data.

Updated over a week ago

Work Logs in Aquipa enable the real-time capture of site and shift related data like:

  1. Hours worked and time on site

  2. Machine and attachment usage

  3. Meal breaks and down time

  4. Other site or shift related elements that have time and/or costs associated.

Work Logs can be integrated with site check in and check out steps, as well as other checklist or reporting activities like machine pre-starts.

Completing a Work Log out on site is a very simple process for anyone using the Aquipa app on a mobile device. It's can be as easy as:

  1. Check in

1. Check In

When starting a shift the plant operator scans the plant and is prompted to check-in.

2. Check Out & Complete Work Log Form

At the end of the shift the operator scans the plant and is prompted to check-out. The check-out process also prompts the operator to complete a work log form that captures site and shift level data like hours worked and machine/attachment usage.

3. Review Submitted Work Logs

Submitted Work Logs are work-flowed for review and modification. When approving work logs, reviewers (e.g. site managers) can also be prompted to complete forms including feedback forms.
