To give specific account Users access to the Work Log menu in your aquipa account:
Go to your Avatar (top-right of screen):
Choose Configuration Panel
Work Logs
Assign Work Log Managers for your business. This a multi-select field. Choose the persons you want to give access. Editable at any time.
