Do you offer Monthly subscription? - Yes you may choose either a monthly or yearly subscription. Yearly subscription can save up to 30%.
What happens if I exceed my annual subscription usage? - Any additional usage will incur additional costs. All additional costs are charged pro rata to your yearly membership expiry date.
What is a Plant Services subscription required for? - A plant services subscription is required if you wish to manage operator competencies, connect operators to hiring clients, add subcontracted operators, add Third Party Supervisors or perform third party assessments.
Cancelling my subscription - If you select Monthly this is a monthly rolling contract requiring a 30 day notice period to cancel in writing. When cancelling you will not be entitled to a refund on any pre paid fees. Additionally if you have any fees outstanding these will need to be paid immediately.
Annual is a one year contract. At the end of this period you may choose to renew or cancel. All cancellations must be in writing 30 days prior to the term ending. If this is not received your account is placed into our rolling monthly pricing structure. When cancelling you will not be entitled to a refund on any pre paid fees. Additionally if you have any fees outstanding these will need to be paid immediately.
