This article explains pricing for users who want to provide subcontractor services through Aquipa as an operator, site supervisor, Independent Competent Person, or assessor.
All prices are exclusive of GST.
Plant Services Annual Subscription
The Plant Services Annual Subscription costs $120.00 per year.
This includes:
1 user
1 client connection
Basic support, including Knowledge Base access
Additional annual costs
Additional users cost $30.00 per user per year.
Additional client connections cost $30.00 per user, per client connection, per year.
Assessments accepted cost $3.60 per assessment accepted.
Additional custom built checklists cost $99.00 per checklist.
These additional costs apply when usage exceeds what is included in the subscription.

The Plant Services Monthly Subscription costs $13.20 per month.
This includes:
1 user
1 client connection
Basic support, including Knowledge Base access
Additional monthly costs
Additional users cost $3.60 per user per month.

Yes. Aquipa software comes with a free 14-day trial.
Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Yes. You can choose either a monthly or yearly subscription.
Choosing a yearly subscription can save up to 30%.
What happens if I exceed my subscription usage?
Any additional usage will incur additional costs.
For annual subscriptions, additional costs are charged pro rata through to your yearly membership expiry date.
What is a Plant Services subscription required for?
A Plant Services subscription is required if you want to:
Manage operator competencies
Connect operators to hiring clients
Add subcontracted operators
Add third party supervisors
Perform third party assessments
What is a client connection?
A client connection is created when a user is connected to a hiring client in Aquipa.
Client connections allow subcontractor service providers, operators, supervisors, ICPs, or assessors to participate in a hiring client’s compliance workflows.
A fee is charged for each user connected to each client.
What does “assessments accepted” mean?
“Assessments accepted” refers to assessments completed or submitted through Aquipa that are accepted as part of a compliance workflow.
A fee is charged for each assessment accepted.
Why is my account locked?
An account may lock when the subscription has ended.
To renew your subscription, log in to Aquipa using a web browser and click the renewal banner.
Once the subscription has been renewed, the account will unlock.
How do I cancel subscription?
To cancel your subscription you can do so by navigating to
Account Settings.
Go to the Billing Tab.
Click Cancel Subscription. This can be found under "Subscription Status" on the left hand side.
