Using Operator Barcodes on the Aquipa Mobile App

Using the Operator barcodes on the Aquipa mobile app allows quick and easy access to operators profiles within your Aquipa account. The content shown in this article covers the following:

• How to add a barcode to an Operators Profile.
• How to navigate to the Operators Profile using barcodes.
• How to view or delete Operator barcodes from their profile.

This functionality may be used on the Aquipa web application, however you will only be limited to viewing and deleting Operator Barcodes from an operators profile.

The barcodes used in this article are strictly for this Aquipa's article demo purposes. In order to use this functionality, we suggest that clients must provide and allocate their own barcodes to their operators.

How to Add a Barcode to an Operators Profile

To add a barcode to an operator profile, please follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to the Operator module in the menu panel.
2. Select the three-dot icon to the right of the operator to reveal the dropdown menu for further operator options.
3. Select the Manage Barcodes option.
4. Scan the operators barcode linked to the operators Aquipa profile using the Aquipa camera.

How to Navigate to a Operators Profile using Barcodes

To navigate to an operators profile using barcodes, please follow the below steps:

1. Open the menu panel and select "Scan QR Code".
2. Scan the operators QR Code using the Aquipa Camera.
   
3. Once the QR Code has been successfully scanned you will be directed to the operators profile.

How to View or Delete an Existing Barcode From an Operators Profile

To view or delete existing barcodes from an operators profile, please follow the below steps:

1. Open the operators profile and select "Manage Barcodes".
2. Once selected you will be able to view all barcodes connected to the operators Aquipa profile.
3. To delete the barcode from the operators profile, select the "Delete" button to remove the barcode.
