Create Key Documents for your own business

We understand that every business may have its own internal Key Documents, in addition to industry-standard System Key Documents we provide.


Points to Note:

  • We offer a list of System Key Documents for each plant upload. Using these standard documents helps streamline document management within aquipa, whether managing your own assets or connecting with hiring clients for registrations, applications, and assessments.
  • If you have a commonly used document not on our list, let us know at help@aquipa.com. We'll consider adding it as a System Key Document.


Steps to Create Your Own Key Documents:

  1. Navigate to the Configuration Panel (top right dropdown menu).
  2. Select "Key Documents" from the left menu and click "Create Key Document".
  3. Please fill out the form for your new Key Document and ensure all relevant information is checked.



Using your Key Document

When adding a new Key Document to either a Plant or a User, the newly configured Key Document will appear in the dropdown options to be selected.
