Exporting Data to CSV

Export data such as plant lists, tasks, bookings & more

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Aquipa allows users to export table data to CSV format for easier analysis and reporting. However, you must have the required permissions to perform this action.

Steps to Export Data to CSV

  1. Navigate to the Table: Open the relevant data table within the Aquipa platform.

  2. Check Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to export data. If you do not, contact your administrator.

  3. Click the Export Option: Look for the Export to CSV button, usually located in the top right of the table

  4. Confirm the Export: Depending on the dataset size, you may be prompted to confirm before exporting.

  5. Download the File: Once the export is complete, the CSV file will be available for download. Save it to your device.

  6. Open in a Spreadsheet Tool: You can open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet software for further analysis.

Troubleshooting

  • Export Button Not Visible: Ensure that you have the required permissions. If the issue persists, refresh your browser or contact support.

  • Large Dataset Exports Slowly: Large data tables may take longer to process. Wait a few moments or try exporting a smaller subset of data.

  • Formatting Issues in CSV: When opening the file in Excel, check for delimiter settings (comma or semicolon) in case the data does not appear correctly formatted.
