Aquipa logs a detailed event history for a wide range of system events, providing a clear and auditable trail of actions taken by users at specific times. This feature ensures accountability and transparency for your operations.
Permissions Required
To view event history, your account must have the necessary permission levels. If you don't have access, contact your account administrator to request the required permissions.
Ways to View Event History
Event history can be accessed at multiple levels:

1. Plant History (Asset-Level)
Navigate to the Plant Module.
Select the specific Asset Profile you want to review.
Click the History Icon (located in the bottom-right tab).
Use the available filters to search for:
Event titles
Date ranges
Other relevant details.
2. Event History (Account-Wide)
Click on your Avatar in the top-right corner of the interface.
Select Event History from the dropdown menu.
Use the filters to create a tailored report:
Event title
Date range
Additional criteria as needed.
Export your report using the Export to CSV button.
3. Operator History (Individual-Level)
Go to the relevant module.
Click the Three Dots next to the operator's name whose history you want to view.
Select View Operator to access their profile.
Scroll down to the History section to see a log of their actions.
Filters are available to narrow down your search.
Export your report using the Export to CSV button.
