Bookings statuses define which stage a booking is at and the critical step required

New - the bookings yet to be assigned a booking manager

Open - the booking requires selection of a supplier

Pending - a supplier has been offered the booking and awaits acceptance or rejection of that offer

Finalising - the booking has been accepted by the supplier and await final confirmation by the booking manager

Confirmed - the booking is confirmed and locked in
