How to Add, View, Modify and Delete Operator Competencies

Viewing Operator Competencies

In order to view Operator Competencies, please follow the below steps.

  1. Select the Operators module on the left hand side panel.

  2. Click the 3-dots menu on the right hand side of the Operator and select View Operator in the dropdown menu to go to the profile page of the operator.

  3. The Competencies table is the second table to the top of the page which shows all competencies added for the Operator.

How to Add New Operator Competencies

Competencies and fields with asterisk symbol's (*) are required.

In order to Add New Operator Competencies, please follow the below steps.

  1. Select the Add New button on the top right hand side of the Competencies table.
    ​

  2. You will be prompted with a list of competencies. Please select the competencies that you wish to add to your Operator Profile.

  3. Enter all relevant information and upload supporting documentation for the associated competency.

  4. Once completed select "Submit" to proceed to the next prompt.
    ​

  5. Select "Confirm" to save and complete all competencies. These will now be added to your Operator Profile.

How to View, Modify and Delete Existing Competencies

In order to New, Modify or Delete existing Operator Competencies, please follow the below steps.

  1. Select the "Three-Dot" icon on the right hand side of the competency you wish to modify/edit.

  2. A dropdown menu will appear listing the following options

    • View Files

    • View Key Document History

    • Manage Competency

    • Delete Competency
