Use another company's plant for my job

Have another company share control of their plant to you in Aquipa. Youcan then manage and use their plant for jobs.

If another company owns a piece of plant that your business will be managing or using for a job, they can Share Control of that plant with your business in Aquipa.

When plant is shared with you, it will appear in your Shared Plant tab and you can manage it while it is under your control.

Before plant can be shared

If the plant is being used for a client or network that manages compliance through Aquipa:

• Your business must be approved to work for that client or network
• The plant owner must also be approved
• The plant must be approved for use by that client or network

Sharing control does not replace any compliance or approval requirements.

When should Share Control be used?

Share Control should be used when another business still owns the plant, but your business is taking responsibility for managing and using it.

For example, you may be a contractor hiring plant from a subcontractor. The subcontractor can share control of the plant with your business while you are using it.
