To be able to book a date to perform a maintenance first the maintenance must be configured to the asset. Please see this help article - How to Configure Maintenance
How to book a date for Maintenance to be performed
1. Click the Maintenance Module on the left hand side panel and go to the Unbooked table.
2. Open the Maintenance work order you wish to book in by clicking the arrow to the right hand side.
3. Assign a Maintenance Manager to your maintenance work order.
3. Click Book Maintenance
4. In Assign Users select the maintainer you wish to carry out the works then book the date for the works to be done.
5. If you wish to add a location that the works are to be carried out enter an address in location.
6. If the maintenance work order is derived from a maintenance plan an extra field will appear named 'Maintenance To Book'. This field will pre-populate with the highest interval due at the time of booking.
7. To confirm the booking click submit.
