Set Key Document Expiry Reminders
Description: Choose how many days before a Key Document expires you would like Aquipa to notify you.
Aquipa can provide an upcoming expiry reminder before a Key Document reaches its expiry date.
You can configure how many days in advance you would like the reminder to be triggered.
Set your Key Document expiry reminder
Select your avatar in the top-right corner.
Open the Configuration Panel.
Select Notifications from the left-hand menu.
Find Key Documents Due Soon Reminder within the Notification Settings.
Enter the number of days before expiry that you would like the reminder to be triggered.
Select the tick icon to save your setting.
For example, entering 30 will configure the Due Soon reminder based on documents approaching their expiry within 30 days.
Monitor upcoming expiries across your account
For a broader view of expiring documents, you can also use the Key Documents view to filter for documents expiring within a selected number of weeks.
