Please see this article on how to Add Operators to your Aquipa account

To start managing operators within your Aquipa account, please follow the following steps.

  1. Navigate to the Operator module on the panel on the left hand side.

  2. Select the three-dot icon to the right of the user to reveal further operator options. The dropdown will reveal the following options:

View Operator - Operator Profile

Selecting the “View Operator” button will take you to the operator’s profile where you can view and manage the following.

  • Operator Details - View the operator details.

  • Competencies - Add new and manage existing competencies.

  • Training Sessions Attending - Add new or view existing training sessions attended by the operator.

  • History - View the operators profile history (E.g. Operator competency/documentation updates).
