Add account contact details for various communications around Bookings, Billing, After Hours, Assessments or Risk Controls

Depending on your subscription type, Aquipa offers various business point of contact detail options to facilitate seamless communication and efficient service delivery. Ensure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date to optimize your business operations.

Point of Contact Detail Options:

  • Booking

  • Billing

  • Business

  • Assessment

  • After Hours

  • Risk Control Customer

To update your business contact details, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account Settings.

  2. Select the Business Details tab.

  3. Click the '+' icon on the contact details card.

  4. Choose either Add User or Existing User.

  5. Click 'Submit' to save your selection.
