Resend Welcome Email

You can resend your business users a fresh Welcome Email at any time - this will reset their login status and void old login passwords.

Only Users with Owner and Admin roles will be able to Resend Welcome Email

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on your Avatar in the top right hand corner and select Account Settings.

  3. Go to 'Manage Users, click on the "3-dot" sub menu to the right-hand side of the user you wish to select and then click 'Resend Welcome Email' (see below)

  4. The below warning message will appear. If you wish to proceed with the action click "Reset Password & Resend Welcome Email" this will then re-send the welcome email to the user.
